To help our weekly games run more smoothly and efficiently, starting from Term 3, each team will have a Parent Representative to assist the club with weekly game organisation and communication.
Responsibilities of the Parent Representative:
- Confirm player availability every Wednesday evening for the upcoming weekend's games.
- Help communicate and confirm game times, venues, and other important team information.
- Prepare the team's Score Bench roster for the entire season in advance and send weekly reminders to the parent rostered for that week's game.
- If there is a shortage of players or Score Bench volunteers, please contact the club promptly so that a replacement can be arranged.
- Promptly notify all team parents of any changes to game schedules, venues, temporary venue changes, game videos, or other important updates.

If a Parent Representative is unable to continue in the role due to personal circumstances, please notify the club as soon as possible so that a replacement can be arranged and team communication can continue smoothly.
